1 The surface of the quilt should be clean, flat, uniform in color and without damage.
2 The duvet cover should be sewn firmly, the stitch size is uniform, straight, without defects such as jumpers, open threads, missing seams, burrs, etc. The stitch length of the stitching should be no less than 6 stitches within 40mm.
3 The specification of the non-woven fabric used for the quilt is 20g/m2-60g/m2.
4 The breaking stress of the non-woven fabric shall meet the longitudinal direction≥20N and the transverse direction≥14N.
5 The length of the lace on the quilt is not less than 10cm.
6 The quilt should be sterile, and the sterility is valid for two years.
7 If the hood is sterilized by ethylene oxide, the residual amount of ethylene oxide should not be greater than 10mg /kg.
